- The ideal candidate has 11 years of BA experience, 8 years of experience in IT project/program management, including planning, budget tracking, status reporting, and risk management, and 5 years of experience with the ServiceNow platform, including implementation and ongoing enhancements among multiple stakeholder organizations.
- The ServiceNow Program Manager, your platform-related duties encompass budget management, project prioritization, resource allocation, ticket backlog management, customer expectation management, vendor relationship management, and expanding platform usage.
- Additionally, potential candidates will develop roadmaps, provide leadership transparency, collaborate with other teams, and align platform direction with business needs.
- Creating a detailed plan for project execution
- Managing implementation processes, including project financials, progress tracking, and metrics
- Monitoring the change control process, testing, release to production, and delivery
- Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and within scope
- Managing relationships with stakeholders and third parties
- Measuring project performance
- Creating and maintaining project documentation
- Performing risk management
- Providing regular updates to senior management
- This position will be crucial in overseeing the full lifecycle management of IT products within the ServiceNow application suite.
- Lead in the strategic planning of IT product lifecycles, guiding them from conception to implementation.
- Lead as the Senior Program Manager, specifying requirements, ideating, and managing the technical development and launch of new IT products.
- Collaborate closely with customers, understand their business objectives, and lead technical discussions to align with their strategic objectives and priorities.
- Ensure ServiceNow Solution Design is aligned with the business needs while also designing sustainable solutions.
- Provide expertise on the capabilities of the ServiceNow platform and the vendor's product roadmap.
- Work with your team to facilitate their growth and provide mentorship, supporting their professional development.
- Demonstrated experience IT project/program management including planning, budget tracking, status reporting, risk management 8 year(s) of experience
- Demonstrated experience with ServiceNow platform, including implementation, ongoing enhancements among multiple stakeholder organizations 5 year(s) of experience
- Demonstrated experience with ServiceNow's capabilities in the IT Service Management function. 5 year(s) of experience
- Experience managing User Stories and Product Backlog in ServiceNow 5 year(s) of experience
- Demonstrated experience with Agile Software development methodology including qualitative and quantitative measurement of quality 5 year(s) of experience
- Experience with briefing C-suite staff on the statis of enterprise projects 4 year(s) of experience
- 11-15 yrs. BA experience 10 years of experience
- 11-15 yrs. Software Development Lifecycle experience 10 years of experience
- 11-15 yrs. requirements gathering and documentation 10 years of experience
- 11-15 yrs. MS Office/PowerPoint experience 10 years of experience
