At DV, we believe that our people are the secret to our success. As a commitment to our people and culture, we are seeking a Learning Experience Design Lead that will help build a world-class learning environment and help DoubleVerify scale.
You will report to our VP, Talent Management, HR Technology & Operations, supporting the broader Talent Management and L&D team. This critical role requires use of collaboration and creativity to curate, create, and measure engaging learning experiences by partnering with subject matter experts across multiple areas. As a member of the team, you will serve as a consultative learning partner to SMEs across HR, and our broader business.
The ideal candidate has expertise in designing learning experiences, instructional design, attention to the smallest detail, strong collaboration skills, and stakeholder management.

The successful candidate’s starting salary will be determined based on a number of non-discriminating factors, including qualifications for the role, level, skills, experience, location, and balancing internal equity relative to peers at DV.
The estimated salary range for this role based on the qualifications set forth in the job description is between [$83,000-144,000]. This role will also be eligible for bonus/commission (as applicable), equity, and benefits.
The range above is for the expectations as laid out in the job description; however, we are often open to a wide variety of profiles, and recognize that the person we hire may be more or less experienced than this job description as posted.
