Job Title: Sales Manager

About the Role:

As a pivotal member of our team, you'll drive our growth by identifying opportunities, cultivating leads, and establishing robust relationships. Your role as a Sales Manager will involve shaping the commercial landscape through your adept sales skills and strategic insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Spearhead lead generation initiatives, consistently surpassing sales targets.
  • Expertly negotiate contracts with potential clients and prepare detailed quotes and pricing schedules.
  • Deliver persuasive sales presentations, showcasing our products and services to diverse clientele.
  • Engage in local networking activities, fostering meaningful connections to expand our client base.
  • Coordinate sales initiatives with marketing programs, ensuring a cohesive approach towards our objectives.
  • Visit clients, evaluate needs, maintain records, and provide comprehensive product/service information.
  • Implementing a performance management system to track progress and motivate staff
  • Enforcing company policies, including safety and customer service
  • Overseeing various aspects of our operations, including finances, scheduling, quality assurance, and more
  • Maintaining client records and providing information about credit terms, products, prices, and availability.
  • Participating in a minimum of 7 home shows or expo events per year.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience and understanding of sales processes and dynamics.
  • Committed to delivering excellent customer service with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable thriving in a fast-paced environment and adept at utilizing various software applications.
  • Proficiency in using computers and various software applications.
  • Physical fitness to lift and carry doors when required.
