We are a Worldwide Hospitality Consulting Firm seeking an entry level in-house sales manager in Tampa. Join our dynamic team putting to work our team of operations consultants as a Sales Manager!
In this role, you will be responsible for developing strategic plans, and driving business growth. We are seeking a motivated individual with a proven track record in sales, strong leadership skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with the company’s Senior Partners. The position offers growth potential that's perfect for a recent hospitality college graduate or operations professional seeking more of a marketing/sales position.
You'll be calling on potential clients throughout the United States, Central and South America and Spain. This is both a telephone and TEAMS position, therefore, to be considered, candidates must be bi lingual in Spanish and English. Good communication skills are required as is a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications to include SharePoint, WORD, EXCEL and OUTLOOK.
A four-year college degree in Hospitality Management or Business Management are preferred. We also require hospitality industry experience required such as front of the house hotel operations, F&B or high-volume restaurant or club F&B.
The main job duties will be to:
· develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goal objectives;
· Identify new business opportunities,
· call on and establish and then develop relationships with potential clients, worldwide.
· Manage key accounts and maintain strong customer relationships.
· Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
We offer competitive compensation; the posted starting salary is a base salary you'll also receive a generous commission structure. First year potential between $ 75K to $ 100K. Join our team and take your sales career to the next level!
