Who you are
You are a seasoned Human Resources professional who has a history of process improvement at growing organizations. You know the two most important things in a company are Team and Technology, and you’re an expert at combining the two for top-tier results. You thrive when you can work across teams and combine your strong communication abilities with your technical expertise to build efficient and scalable operational processes. You are comfortable and confident when handling complex and/or sensitive employee relations issues, and pride yourself on your de-escalation and conflict resolution skills.
The Position
We are searching for a Human Resources Manager to help oversee day-to-day operations of our HR team, including onboarding, off-boarding, employee relations, regulatory compliance, and benefits management. Additionally, the Human resources manager will work across teams to modernize our processes, coach direct reports, and monitor trends in regulatory changes. This role requires deep HR knowledge, strong overall business acumen, deep technological knowledge, and mastery of industry best practices is a rapidly changing landscape.
