JOB PURPOSE

The Senior Project Manager (Contractor) is responsible for planning, executing and evaluating multiple projects and driving them through the entire project life cycle. We practice primarily Agile Frameworks.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead multiple project teams simultaneously through the entire project life cycle
• Capturing and Reporting performance, notes, and tasks 
• Co-develop (with team members) project timelines, backlogs, and sprint schedules. Monitor and adjust them as necessary while communicating with the team members and the client as changes occur
• Lead Daily Stand-Ups and Scrum Meetings
• Manage project scope and risks to bring projects in on time and under budget
• Develop change requests and work with the account team to ensure and remain on scope
• Lead delivery of apps as well as ongoing product growth

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

• 7 years of experience as a Project Manager
• Background experience working within an agency is highly preferred
• Ability to oversee multiple projects at once and prioritization of those projects
• Familiarity with project management and development tools including but not limited to: TeamWork, Harvest, JIRA, Slack, Asana, Smartsheet, etc.

• You help clients understand the “why” in addition to the “what” so that they can be confident in your team and your team’s process
• You can act decisively and effectively in high-pressure situations
• You are passionate about project management and bring that passion to the table when interacting with team members, clients.
• You are detailed ini reporting
• You can effectively run client and internal team meetings, focused in actionable outcomes and removing dependencies
• Product management experience and plus
