Dodge Construction Network (DCN) is searching for a Director, Regional Sales to join our team!
The Director, Regional Sales will be responsible for leading a team of SMB Account Executives and ensuring the achievement of regional sales targets for the company. This role is critical to the organization, focusing on new business development, revenue generation, and targeted growth. Specifically, the Director, Regional Sales will be expected to build, lead, and develop a team selling new business into local or regional contractors in the commercial construction industry.
This position reports directly to the Vice President, Sales.
Location
For this remote position, candidates must be based in our West region tosupport their team within the assigned territory. West region states include WA, OR, MT, ID, NV, WY, UT, AZ, CO or NM.

Salary Disclosure
DCNs compensation and rewards package for full time roles includes a market competitive salary, comprehensive benefits, and, for applicable roles, commissions plans or an annual discretionary performance bonus.
