This position Talent Program Manager is both a strategic and hands-on role researching, preparing, launching and driving the evolution of critical talent initiatives such as Performance Management, Talent Review and Succession Planning across the business. The role is critical in advising and consulting the leadership team on the best practice design, roll out and enablement of our business leaders, to successfully drive improvement in our talent assessment and development approach.
As a Talent Program Manager, you will work in interlock with senior leaders of specialist functions such as Talent Development, People Operations and our Talent, Culture and Experience teams developing and executing HR strategies to drive organizational effectiveness. The ability to bridge the gap between HR business partnering and overall company performance will be essential in this role.
The ideal candidate for this role has successfully supported talent initiatives and performance management, as well as having exposure to the HR Business Partnering organizations.
This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Sr Director, HR Business Partners.
Responsibility
Remote: Employee is not required to be in or near an office frequently and works from a designated remote work location for the majority of the time.

Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations:
California: $118,300 - $182,775 base salary
Washington and New York (including NYC metro area): $111,600 - $162,625 base salary
This role is also eligible for bonus, equity and benefits.
