Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Caterer to join our team. As a Caterer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional food service and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is an exciting opportunity to showcase your hospitality and culinary skills in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. We provide corporate lunches, drop off, food truck delivery services.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and present a variety of delicious and visually appealing dishes for events and functions

- Coordinate with clients to determine their specific catering needs and preferences

- Ensure timely delivery and setup of food and beverages at event venues

- Oversee food preparation, cooking, and plating to ensure high quality and presentation standards

- Manage inventory of ingredients, supplies, and equipment needed for catering events

- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally

- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen and work areas

- Collaborate with the team to continuously improve catering operations

Requirements: • Ability to work most weekdays and on holidays • Dependable strong work ethic • Thrive in a fast-paced team-oriented environment • Must be at least 18 years of age • Must have 1 year of driving experience • Driver’s License

Experience:

- Previous experience in hotel or restaurant management, preferably in a catering or food service role

- Strong knowledge of food handling, safety protocols, and health regulations

- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor

- Experience with shift management and ability to work well under pressure

- Proficiency in using POS systems for order processing and payment transactions
