Responsibilities:

• Coordinating full truckload freight movement
• Carrier sales and negotiating rates
• Ability to move into Customer Sales when ready
• Excel at Customer Service
• Negotiate Rates
• Follow up with customers and providers to sell, answer questions, and offer solutions
• Act as a consultant to DTS clients

What we are looking for

• A team player, helpful and cooperative
• Excellent and verbal communication skills
• Solid PC/Workstation skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• Strong Problem-Solving Skills
• Sales and customer service experience is/are a plus
• Ability to build rapport quickly and easily over the telephone
• Ability to handle objections

Education/Experience

• Bachelor's (Preferred, but not necessary)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $23.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
