JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide day-to-day support of the application to end users, work with technical teams to resolve system errors, and gather requirements for enhancement requests.
• Write functional design documents and test cases and perform system testing and acquiring business sign off for release items.
• Provide definition, business analysis, and implementation of significant multi-phased projects, to provide business solutions to the assigned area.
• Provide research and assistance in design of systems to support business processes.
• Provide business technical assistance and guidance related to the architectural design and planning of computer systems and resources for the assigned area.
• Develop and provide training as required.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field with 2-4 years’ experience.
• Associate’s degree with 5 years’ experience.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Basic knowledge of application support.
• Preferred Oracle EBS Support.
• Service Now for ticketing system (preferred but not required).
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, etc.

SOFT SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills.
• Basic ability to work independently and manage one’s time.
