Opening in April, we feature globally inspired, small, shareable plates that pair perfectly with our carefully curated wine and whiskey selection. We are in search for people that have a true passion for hospitality and want to help build a new staple for dining out in Addison.
Our Server Assistants set the stage for a memorable meal, ensuring our dining areas are sparkling clean and guests have everything they need. You'll move rapidly to get tables ready for the next guests. You'll support our servers by refilling drinks, clearing plates, and making sure they have what they need to provide a best in class experience
Job Summary:

• Deliver Hospitality to every guest
• Honor guest requests or communicate requests to appropriate server, bartender or manager
• Clean and reset tables according to specifications of restaurant
• Remove plates and silverware when all guests have finished
• Set up and break down work area for each shift. (These are Open/Close responsibilities that are paid at minimum wage.)
• Restock and maintains service stations in a clean and orderly manner throughout shift

Responsibilities: 

• Provide excellent customer services
• Arrange table settings
• Always keep tables clean and tidy
• Cooperate and communicate with all serving and kitchen staff
• Adhere to all relevant health department rules/regulations and all customer service guidelines

Qualifications: 

• Experience is preferred but not necessary.
• Must be a certified Food Handler and TABC certified.
• Ability to prioritize and balance multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to work under pressure
