We feature globally inspired, small, shareable plates that pair perfectly with our carefully curated wine and whiskey selection. We are in search for people that have a true passion for hospitality and want to help build a new staple for dining out in Addison.
As a server, providing the customer with a memorable experience is key, and your role will be integral in making that happen. You'll be expected to answer menu questions, manage multiple tables, and support the rest of the FOH staff during your shifts. Being able to handle unique problems as they arise? A major bonus. Our restaurant servers should make all our guests feel comfortable and make recommendations you genuinely feel that your guests will enjoy!
Job Summary:

• Greeting and seating customers
• Taking food and beverage orders and accurately entering them into the ordering system
• Making menu item recommendations
• Communicating any food allergy or special nutrition needs to kitchen staff
• Ensuring all orders are filled quickly and accurately and that food is high quality
• Providing attentive service to diners, like refilling drinks as needed and checking their needs during meals
• Promptly addressing any customer service issues and referring to management if and when necessary
• Performing some cleaning duties, such as at the service station, around the kitchen and in the dining area
