America's First Dental Implant Centers is looking for an enthusiastic Sales Specialist to join our elite team in our Tampa Bay office. We seek an experienced representative to join our dynamic and diverse team. You will help generate new leads, qualify them, and set up meetings with potential clients. You will showcase our life-changing product and services and attract new customers. You will watch individuals' lives change as they receive our state-of-the-art product that rivals the cost of our competitors.

You should have excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills to succeed in this role. You should also be creative, proactive, and results-oriented. You should have previous experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in a direct-to-consumer sales environment. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Research and identify customer needs within your market
• Work closely with the Office Manager and Clinical Staff within a medical setting
• Contact potential clients through calls, emails, and social media
• Present our company and product/services in a professional and engaging manner
• Qualify leads and schedule meetings or calls with decision-makers
• Follow up with prospects and provide feedback to other market's sales teams and the marketing team weekly
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop and implement effective strategies and campaigns
• Track and report on your performance and progress using CRM software and other tools
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and competitors’ activities

Requirements

• Proven work experience in a steady sales role, Sales Account Executive, or similar role
• Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques, including cold calls, emails, and social selling
• Track record of achieving sales quotas and KPIs
• Experience with CRM software
• Familiarity with social media platforms, such as YouTube, Instagram & Facebook
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Creativity, enthusiasm, and passion for sales and marketing

Details You Want to Know

• $75,000yr base salary
• Aggressive bonus structure: $10,000 - $25,000 year-end average of current sales specialists - no commission cap
• One week per year of paid vacation - After the 3-months
