We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Graduate Medical Education Specialist. In this role, you will provide administrative support and coordination for various aspects of graduate medical education programs. You will work closely with program directors, faculty, residents, and fellows to ensure compliance with accreditation standards and facilitate the smooth operation of training programs.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the coordination and implementation of residency training programs, including orientation, rotations, evaluations, and schedules.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident and fellow progress, evaluations, and certifications.
• Coordinate recruitment processes for residency and fellowship programs, including applicant screening, interview scheduling, and communication with candidates.
• Collaborate with program directors and faculty to develop educational materials, curriculum schedules, and assessments.
• Provide administrative support for accreditation processes, including data collection, document preparation, and compliance reporting.
• Assist in organizing educational conferences, workshops, and other events for residents, fellows, and faculty.
• Serve as a liaison between program leadership, residents, fellows, and external stakeholders.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and process enhancements to optimize graduate medical education programs.
• Stay informed about changes in accreditation standards, regulations, and best practices in graduate medical education.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the goals and objectives of the graduate medical education department.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Required - 1 year - Reference summary for details; Or - 3 years - Administrative Support
• Required - High School or Equivalent; Preferred - - Reference summary for details
