We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Manager of Learning & Development to lead our L&D initiatives. This leadership role involves overseeing a dedicated team, including an Onboarding Specialist and an L&D Specialist. You will be responsible for spearheading a range of projects designed to enhance management training, new hire onboarding, team effectiveness, talent development, and learning management system operations. You will report directly to the Director of People Programs, and your role will play a crucial part in crafting and implementing an L&D strategy that elevates the performance of individuals and teams across the company.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $136,000 to $148,000 equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role and level. Within the range, individual pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Please note that the compensation details listed in US role postings reflect the base salary only, and do not include equity, or benefits.
