About this role

The Learning & Development Lead will be responsible for designing, delivering, ideating, and scaling leadership development programs and experiences. This role will use best practices from learning science while experimenting with techniques like experiential learning and project-based and cohort-based learning. This is a high-impact role for someone energized to re-imagine how Faire nurtures and enables leadership for all employees.

What you’ll do 

• Develop a curriculum and strategy for manager, leadership, and team effectiveness programs
• Design and launch a new manager and senior manager learning experience, co-facilitating in-person and virtual workshops and coaching pods
• Design and launch a high potential leadership program
• Partner with Head of DEIB to integrate principles of diversity, equity, and inclusion into leadership development programs and help promote a more diverse and inclusive leadership experience
• Partner with department leaders to co-create and lead function-specific leadership and team effectiveness programs
• Create on-demand, self-service learning experiences so employees can better own their learning and growth 

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in an L&D/leadership development role
• Comfort with ambiguity, change and experimentation - a willingness to iterate
• Consultative and collaborative skills, comfort partnering with stakeholders, subject matter experts, senior leaders and external consultants 
• Track record of designing curriculum and delivering unique and creative learning experiences that achieve outstanding learning outcomes
• Exceptional facilitation skills and an ability to engage audiences in workshops and offsites in person and virtually, synchronously and asynchronously 
• Data-driven approach to evaluating and measuring learning experiences
• Experience with learning certifications such as StrengthsFinder, Insights, DiSC, Hogan etc is a plus

Salary Range

San Francisco: the pay range for this role is $124,000-$170,500 per year. 

This role will also be eligible for equity and benefits. Actual base pay will be determined based on permissible factors such as transferable skills, work experience, market demands, and primary work location. The base pay range provided is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
