We host monthly appreciation events, and our internal learning and development team provides the resources for employees to engage in continuing education and training. Position Summary: This position is responsible for Daily Data Entry of client and account data including (but not limited to) Custody Control Forms, Breath Alcohol Tests, and Physical Exams (including first audit of DOT Physical Exams). Daily Audits that involve outbound calls to laboratories and medical facilities to determine if services occurred, to request documentation and amendments for services. Assistance in other departments as needed. Client service inquiries handled through our Ticketing system. Conduct and monitor FMCSA Clearinghouse Queries. Responsibilities/Job Duties:Average % of time split among daily dutiesResponsibility30% Daily Audit of service25�ta entry for drug, alcohol and Medical exam testing into the propriety database15%Orientation services specific management15%Communicate with clients via email, phone, and ticketing system15%Conduct and Monitor FMCSA Clearinghouse Queries Qualifications Required:Intermediate skills working with Microsoft officeType 30 WPMOrganizedDetail-orientedAbility to multi-taskExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to prioritize and meet deadlinesAbility to work well with others and on your ownQualifications Desired:Previous experience working in an office environmentPrevious experience with database entry, and working with other individuals and in a team environment Education Required:High School DiplomaTravel: NoneOvertime: As needed
