POSITION OBJECTIVE

We are looking for a professional, customer service-oriented assistant manager to oversee daily operations for Dirty Dough stores in the Plano area. This will involve growing into managing two locations. Looking for an amazing leader who can be flexible in their schedule, has the ability to work shifts into evening, may have closing shifts. Will work in and supervise all operational and organizational standards of the store. Your duties will include assisting with management tasks, monitoring inventory levels, and making sure that all operations are running smoothly.

The ideal candidate must be able to improve customer satisfaction and meet with team members, in addition to being an excellent communicator.
