$12 hourly

• Greeting customers, answering questions, making recommendations, accepting orders and payments
• Bake and Decorate cookies with toppings
• Cleaning and restocking the workstation and ensuring all equipment is sanitized and prepared for the next shift: Windows, tables, surfaces, dishes, etc
• Operating cooking equipment safely and efficiently according to guidelines
• Providing excellent customer service
• Quality assurance and food safety protocols
• Address customer complaints

• Outstanding time management and organizational skills
• This role requires a strong emphasis on putting the guest first and providing exceptional customer service
• We prefer some experience working in the food service industry
• Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with customers and coworkers

• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must obtain a food handlers permit (we will pay for it if you don’t have it)
• No previous baking experience is needed but is always a plus
• Operating scanners, scales, cash registers, and other electronics
• High school or equivalent (Preferred)
