Our ideal applicant is friendly, adaptable, and eager to be a team player so we provide customers with fast service. Duties include welcoming visitors, taking cookie orders, and serving refreshments.

Compensation:

$10 - $13 hourly

Responsibilities:

• Greeting customers, answering questions, making recommendations, accepting orders and payments
• Make, Bake, and Decorate cookie products
• Cleaning and restocking the workstation and ensuring all equipment is sanitized and prepared for the next shift: Windows, tables, surfaces, dishes, etc.
• Operating cooking equipment safely and efficiently according to guidelines
• Providing excellent customer service
• Quality assurance and food safety protocols

Qualifications:

• We prefer some experience working in the food service industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with customers and other team members
• Outstanding time management and organizational skills
• This role requires a strong emphasis on putting the guest first and providing exceptional customer service

• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must obtain a food handlers permit (we will pay for it if you don’t have it)
• No previous baking experience is needed but is always a plus
• Operating scanners, scales, cash registers, and other electronics
• High school or equivalent (Preferred)
