DVS is looking for a Project Manager/Customer Success Manager to support our team in Huntsville, AL. This position requires an active Secret clearance or is eligible to obtain a clearance. This is a hybrid role with 2 days onsite.
The Project Manager will manage contract staff and directly interface with customers daily. Ideal candidate will have an IT environment background.
Responsibilities/Duties/Experience:

• Collaborate closely with the technical staff and positively influence the successful execution of requirements involving system administration, application development, testing, cloud deployment, server, or software implementation and upgrades.
• Manage a team of SW Developers, System Administrators, and Help Desk staff.
• Provide guidance in problems areas and resolution across all functional areas.
• Leads cross-functional team meetings to set expectations and create accountability; Ensures adherence to quality standards and reviews all contract deliverables.
• Create a culture of innovation by seeking creative technical solutions to meet customer needs.
• Conducts project meetings and is responsible for project tracking and analysis.
• Provides technical and analytical guidance to project teams.
• Effectively communicate project status with targeted messages for a variety of stakeholders
• Must have previous experience in IT and enterprise requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement culture based on meaningful metrics and tangible results.
