DVS is looking for a Business Process Manager to support our team at Redstone Arsenal, Huntsville, AL. This position requires an active Secret clearance or is eligible to obtain a clearance. This is a hybrid role with 2 days onsite.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operational support on current processes, business operations and management
• Reviewing and analyzing existing business processes, identifying inefficiencies, developing strategies for process improvements, implementing and monitoring changes.
• Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
• Hybrid position, part remote and onsite at Redstone Arsenal, Huntsville, AL

Qualifications:

• Experience with implementing quality standards.
• ITLV4 Foundation Certificate required.
• CMMI experience preferred, but ITIL, ISO, also acceptable.
• Experience developing and delivery training (in-person or virtual)
• Experience in developing SOPs/other process documentation.
• Problem solving
• Evaluate existing business processes.
• Develop and implement new processes.
• Monitor and analyze process performance metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams.

• Drive process standardization and compliance.
