PAY RANGE FOR DUMPLING PREP : $22.50 - $23.40 / hour

JOB PURPOSE :

Dumpling Chefs are responsible for preparing, assembling, closing and steaming the dumplings for the guest. Dumpling chefs work from a show kitchen and thus must maintain a clean, groomed and professional appearance.

JOB REQUIREMENTS :
