Join our team in Fresno! We're seeking highly motivated window and patio door installers. We are currently hiring on entry-level and lead-level Installers.

This is a full-time role with a work schedule of Mon-Fri with possible overtime.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

• This is a very hands-on position. You will need to be able to take instruction well and use power tools

Basic skills needed:

• General construction experience, 2 years preferred for entry-level
• General construction experience, 2 years required for lead-level
• Ability to use power tools (e.g., skill/circular saw, miter saw, framing nailers/nail guns)
• Previous window experience preferred
• Problem solving skills
• Great attitude

Physical demands:

• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Walk and stand on uneven surfaces
• Lift and carry at least 70 pounds
• Ability to climb ladders 40ft in height or greater
• Comfortable working outdoors in the elements
