DigitalBridge Credit, a division of DigitalBridge, is seeking an Associate to focus on senior and junior debt investments in the digital infrastructure sector.

Responsibilities

This is a full-time on-site role for a Vice President at DigitalBridge Credit in New York, NY. The Vice President will report directly to the Head of Origination and will be focused on orgination, structuring, underwriting, and execution of transactions. The Vice President will also be focused on maintaining and building a network of existing and potential borrowers, working closely with all members of the team and the Investment Committee and contributing to pitch materials and new investment ideas for clients and prospects.

Qualifications

• Credit analysis, underwriting and structuring skills
• Solid understanding of financial markets and credit products
• Leadership and management experience
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Wireless technologgy, information technology, and mobile technology skills
• An established network of industry contacts and relationships
• Proven track record in servicing and managing client relationships
• A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related field. An MBA is preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of related experience in private credit, investment banking or related fields
• Minimum of 2 years of related experience in telecommunications and digital infrastructure
• Strong analytical, organizational and project management skill

New York only: The base salary range is $250,000 - $330,000 for a full-time employee. Offers are to be determined based on experience, education, and skill set.
