We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Business Private Banking to join our Wealth Management team. This role will be primary focused on growing our Business/Treasury Services banking and Escrow deposits. The role is in New York and is eligible for flexible work arrangement.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

• Grow revenue by successfully prospecting and sourcing new Business/Treasury Services banking & Escrow clients, expand and maintain relationships with existing clients.
• Develop a deep understanding of our Business Banking, Treasury Services, and Escrow products and solutions.
• Collaborate with Private Bankers and Wealth Managers to proactively identify potential clients.
• Coordinate new business proposals and strategies with relationship managers for large, complex Business Banking, Treasury Services, and Escrow opportunities. 
• Meet with clients to review capabilities, provide demos of digital banking capabilities, develop pro forma financials, and act as a subject matter expert.
• Lead the new account opening process with the client, operations and internal partners; ensure the client is successfully onboarded. 
• Partner with the product team and operations to represent client feedback in the development and enhancements to the banking platform. 

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

• 4 – 6 years of Business Banking, Treasury Services, and Escrow sales and onboarding experience – cash management experience preferred 
• Success developing new business with focus on prospecting utilizing strong selling and negotiation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
• Demonstrated experience of meeting or exceeding sales goals; proven top individual contributor 
• Bachelor degree 
• Possesses a “get-it-done” attitude – ability to get around roadblocks and stay focused on the vision.
• Organized, resourceful, attention to detail, and able to prioritize tasks. 
• Excel, Word, and PowerPoint proficiency
