Qualifications

• 2 years of IB experience ~5 years Private Credit experience
• Ideally Middle market/ sponsor-backed experience
• Strong modeling, underwriting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Industry focus on either software, healthcare, financial services, industrial tech, or growth services

Responsibilities:

• Perform company/industry due diligence
• New deal underwriting
• Monitor existing portfolio companies, evaluating platform and add-on acquisitions as well as potential exit opportunities
• Conduct financial modeling/analysis incorporating various business projections/capital structures
• Assist the team with ad hoc projects
