This role leads the valuation process for DigitalBridge's Fund and Firm balance sheet investments. Your expertise will be instrumental in providing accurate and insightful valuations critical to financial reporting, investor reporting and compliance with regulatory standards. You will be dedicated to meticulous analysis, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation in valuation methodologies. Your strategic insights will drive key initiatives, guiding the company's financial management and reporting. Responsibilities

• Lead the valuation process including coordinating valuations with investment teams and organizing for quarterly valuation committee meetings and being responsible for maintaining and periodically updating the Firm Valuation Policy.
• Evaluate, develop and refine comprehensive financial models and valuation methodologies, integrating market research, competitive analysis, and financial projections.
• Develop valuation methodologies and processes for any new asset classes entered into.
• Work with investment teams upon the closing of a new investment to calibrate the initial valuation model.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and regulatory changes impacting valuation practices, and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Oversee the selection and management of external valuation advisors and consultants, ensuring high-quality outputs and alignment with company standards.
• Meet with Auditors to answer any questions on investment marks pertaining to both private fund and public company audits.
• Lead the development and implementation of policies and procedures that enhance the efficiency and accuracy of the valuation process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or relevant professional certification (CFA, ASA).
• Minimum of 10-15 years of progressive experience in valuation, financial analysis, or a related field, with a significant portion in a leadership role
• Strong understanding of US GAAP and Investment Fund valuation framework
• Demonstrated expertise in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and market analysis.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate throughout an organization
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial modeling, and risk analysis.
• Exceptional analytical, quantitative, and strategic thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and prioritize in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
