Digital Remedy is looking for an Account Manager to join our team. The Account Manager will be responsible for ensuring Digital Remedy seamlessly executes digital media campaigns. They will be a key contributor with Digital Remedy’s media team, serve as a primary point of contact with client account leadership and be responsible for running, optimizing and maintaining these campaigns. This position is organic/new business growth focused as well as a provider of client services relationship/account management leadership, and is crucial for the long-term success of Digital Remedy. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic personality and be able to integrate seamlessly with our energetic, highly motivated client services team.
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and building client relationships, allowing for the continued upselling of new solutions which will help both the client and the company increase their ROI. This role requires persistent and persuasive interactions with external client leadership, superior organizational skills, the ability to negotiate contracts and agreements, as well as extremely strong verbal and written communication skills.
We are looking for a person with a passion for digital media, a desire to be at the leading edge of technological change in the digital media industry and the ability to learn and contribute quickly.
