DigiStream New England, Inc is Hiring a HR Administrative Assistant Near Bedford, MA

DigiStream Investigations, a fast-growing national private investigations firm, seeks a talented addition to our team at our Massachusetts office!

No experience required! We will provide you with all of the tools and training needed for this role!

Position Type: In-Office (not remote)
Office Location: Lynnfield, MA until 7/1 when we relocate to Bedford, MA
Weekly Work Schedule: Full-time, Monday - Friday

Starting Pay: $20.00/hour

Job Summary:

The HR Administrative Assistant will assist with various areas within human resources such as, but not limited to recruiting, onboarding, licensing, and ordering office equipment. The HR Administrative Assistant will work directly with the Managing Partner and Field Operations team on where administrative tasks are needed. This position will require the individual to be highly organized, possess a “can-do” attitude, and possess great problem solving and communication skills. This person must have the ability to multi-task and enjoy the challenges of assisting a great organization of talented individuals. This is an excellent opportunity for those interested in making Human Resources a career.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist new hire onboarding paperwork organization
  • Assist with posting of new job ads
  • Evaluate applicants and candidates at the early stages of the selection process
  • Conduct phone screens and schedule candidates for video or in-person interviews
  • Answer phones and assist with general phone inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
  • Coordinate with the brand HR team to onboard new hires
  • Assist with initiating background checks for new hires
  • Conduct reference checks prior to the verbal offer of employment to the candidate
  • Maintain and track individual Surveillance Investigator licensing
  • Assist the Managing Partner with projects as needed
  • Manage and ensure office equipment is stocked appropriately
  • Other duties may be added from time to time

Requirements:

  • 2-year college degree or higher required
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to interact confidently and professionally with all levels of employee throughout the organization
  • Enthusiastic, proactive, energetic, professional self-starter with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
  • Great attention to detail, problem solving skills, organizational and project management skills
  • A strong team player that loves to contribute with new ideas
  • A proven ability to constantly adapt in a high-paced, fast-changing work environment
