The Edinburg Center is seeking an Administrative Coordinator within our Program Assertive Community Treatment (PACT) services group.
What You Will Do
Responsible for providing administrative assistance to the PACT Director and the Team as a whole. Responsible for organizing, coordinating and monitoring all non-clinical operations such as triaging calls, maintaining accounting and budget records of Persons Served and of program expenditures and the management information system including required reporting.
Who You Are:
Education or experience in the field of human services (e.g. associate or bachelor’s degree in human services or experience as an inpatient unit clerk or in a medical clinic), or office management or both HIGHLY PREFERRED.
Excellent organizational skills, communication skills, interpersonal skills and problem solving skills required.
Proficiency using personal computers, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook required.
Proficiency using Quicken preferred. Experience with Electronic Health Records preferred. Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required.
