Individual Supports Supervisor

Salaried/FTE: $45,000-50,000 per year

The Edinburg Center is seeking a passionate and dedicated Individual Supports Supervisor to join our Developmental Disabilities Clinical Team. In this role, you will provide direct care coordination services to individuals with developmental disabilities, and you will supervise individual caseworker(s). What You Will Do:

  • Direct Service Individual Support Coordination: You’ll oversee and manage individual support plans for the Developmental Disabilities population. This involves assessing their needs, coordinating services, and ensuring personalized care. Coordinate individual support plans for the people we serve with developmental disabilities, ensuring alignment with their unique needs and goals. Provide direct service caseload management, including conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and monitoring progress. Deliver behavior management interventions and skill acquisition training to the people we serve, promoting independence and well-being.
  • Training: Provide guidance and support to staff members, including training and supervision, to ensure adherence to best practices and standards of care.
  • Home and Clinic Settings: Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including clinicians, therapists, and caregivers, to ensure coordinated and holistic care. Maintain accurate documentation of services provided, progress notes, and outcomes in accordance with regulatory standards.

What You Will Bring:

  • Bachelor’s Degree Preferred. A degree in a relevant field (such as psychology, social work, or special education) is preferred.
  • Prior experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is required. Your understanding of their unique needs and challenges will be invaluable.

Training and Certifications:

  • First Aid, CPR, and MAP (Medication Administration Program) within three months of hire required.
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) required.
  • You must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation, as some travel is required for in-home visits.
