About Diaz Consulting:
Diaz Consulting we are seeking a friendly and organized Office Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for visitors, the Office Receptionist plays a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming environment. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, and mail
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate person or department
  • Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Friendly and approachable demeanor
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
