Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute social media strategies to promote brand awareness and increase customer engagement
Create and curate compelling and shareable content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn
Monitor social media channels for customer feedback, questions, and comments, and respond in a timely manner
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all social media platforms
Analyze social media data to measure the success of campaigns and identify areas for improvement
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
Proficient in using social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write engaging and effective social media content
Knowledge of social media analytics tools, such as Google Analytics or Hootsuite
Familiarity with graphic design tools, such as Canva or Adobe Photoshop
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
