Responsibilities
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and enhance customer engagement
- Create, curate, and manage content for our social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn
- Monitor social media channels for mentions of our brand, industry trends, and competitor activities
- Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner
- Analyze social media data and generate reports on performance metrics, growth, and trends
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their algorithms
- Proficient in social media management and analytics tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail
- Knowledge of current digital marketing trends and best practices
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Basic design skills and experience with graphic design software is a plus
