The Opportunity:

Dialexa is looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to join our growing team of product management consultants. As a Senior Product Manager, you will help clients identify new opportunities, assess the performance of a product or portfolio of products and help develop the long-term strategic plans for future product builds. You will take the lead on using market research, customer insights, business intelligence and product analytics to guide the overall product strategy and vision. You are a person who can create and implement tools and tactics for validating product ideas, building hypotheses to test the product with users, run experiments within areas of product and process and analyze feedback from users to make the product successful. 

You will work closely with a multidisciplinary product development team throughout the product’s lifecycle and play a key role in helping our clients solve monumental challenges and pursue big opportunities. You are able to quickly get up to speed on new industries and technologies through business analysis and market research, and can translate business goals and success metrics into product goals and actionable steps for the design and development team. What You’ll Do: 

• Lead product strategy and product performance on consulting engagements to help Dialexa clients identify, build and improve technology products that drive business outcomes.
• Define and communicate the product’s vision. Work closely with the delivery teams and clients to identify long-term goals, direction of product and key metrics for success of the product. You will then translate this vision into a clear and compelling roadmap, which will guide the development of the product over time. You will use research to inform product decisions and guide product roadmap, working in collaboration with the design research team. 
• Conduct market and competitive research and customer analysis. Work with clients to create differentiated marketing positioning and compelling value propositions tailored to target customer persona. You will use various techniques and inputs, such as customer feedback, interviews, surveys, and data analysis to understand the needs and behaviors of the product’s target market(s). 
• Develop and help the client execute on the product strategy.Responsible for helping the client validate or create business cases that drive growth for the product, including market sizing and competitive assessments, ideal customer personas and buyer profiles, and differentiating value propositions. You may also be responsible for leveraging product analytics to track and analyze key metrics to demonstrate success of the product.
• Work with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, quality, product and the client’s GTM team to ensure the successful development and launch of the product. You are a doer and are comfortable overseeing and leading a team in launching a technology product to the market.
• Mentor and coach product management teams on tools, techniques and best in class approaches to building high quality technology products. 
• Support Dialexa’s product management capability on business development, proposals, and client selling processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field, business or computer science.
• A minimum of 7 years experience in product strategy, product management and/or market and competitive research with deep understanding of the product development process and lifecycle.
• Experience building and launching B2B and/or B2C digital products and/or a portfolio of products within various industries. Consulting experience is a plus.
• Experience with research such as conducting Voice of the Customer or Voice of the Market research across business and product lines, buyer and job-based market opportunity analysis to answer where to play, where to grow and how to win and competitor and partner analysis at functional product level.
• Experience evaluating market forecast and long-term trends, market dynamics, market share changes, product performance, competitive intelligence and business model innovation.
• Experience influencing and/or creating product strategy and product roadmap, including tracking business objectives & key results, assessing the competitive landscape, and identifying key risks and opportunities.
• Ability to influence and/or create product strategy, understand product goals, product usage and identify opportunities to drive high-impact changes and improvements to the product. Demonstrated knowledge in setting & monitoring KPIs, A/B testing, growth marketing, user testing, cohort analysis and other analytical frameworks. You are also able to tie all this information together, make informed product decisions and prioritize product(s) features.
• Expertise balancing technical and business requirements for planning product roadmap, prioritizing existing and new features and is comfortable making judgment calls about critical trade-offs.
• Track record with product positioning & GTM readiness, managing technology product launches and/or working with product marketing teams.
• Strong verbal and written communications skills, business acumen and the ability to synthesize "the story" for executive-level audiences in order to facilitate efficient decision making among stakeholders and influence the team on the right next step.
• Experience working with teams to estimate work items, negotiating release milestones and tracking progress for product development initiatives.
