We are looking for a Product Designer to join us as we build cutting-edge technology solutions! This is your opportunity to be part of a team that is committed to delivering best in class service to our customers.
You'll be part of a team of creators who help people win the moment through great design, UX, video, and content that nurtures discovery, adoption, and engagement with Microsoft 365 products and services. The team culture is inclusive, entrepreneurial, curious, courageous, kind and collaborative.
Responsibilities :

• Participate in a cross-functional team to conduct a visual audit of learning and help experiences.
• Modernize learning and help touchpoints based on Microsoft design libraries, reusable coded components.
• Advocate for accessibility, diversity, and inclusion from ideation to implementation.
• Help to create a phased approach to roll out the new version of design library.
• Continue to evolve and refine design libraries for new touchpoints and emerging technologies.

Qualifications:

• 5 years of creative leadership across a variety of touchpoints.
• Experience with creating, developing, and deploying a design system at scale.
• Excellent visual design, branding, identity, design systems, and storytelling skills.
• Experience with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Highly proficient), MS Office.
• Technical understanding of capabilities and constraints for platforms including web and native mobile (iOS and Android).
• Portfolio with examples incorporating illustration, sound, motion, and animation into a design system.
• Flawless attention to detail.
• Experience with social products, communities or instructional design is helpful.

Salary Range
Pay ranges vary based on multiple factors including, without limitation, skill sets, education, responsibilities, experience, and geographical market. The pay range for this position reflects geographic based ranges for Washington state: $73,100 to $88,500 USD/annually. The salary/wage and job title for this opening will be based on the selected candidate's qualifications and experience and may be outside this range.
