ADI Global Distribution is seeking a dynamic and experienced Global Senior Manager of Product Information Management (PIM) to join our team. As a key leadership role within our organization, you will be responsible for the most critical element of the digital experience, which is complete and accurate product data resulting from the effective enterprise management of product information. Your strategic leadership will directly impact the day-to-day experience of customer's on ADI's digital platforms and ultimately, the company's e-commerce growth rate. This role requires navigating the complexities of B2B industries, where robust PIM practices are essential for managing intricate product data and heightened B2B customer expectations.

Job Duties:

• Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive product information management strategies to ensure accurate, consistent, complete, differentiated, and up-to-date product data across all selling channels.
• Lead the organizational process to acquire, organize, input, and standardize ADI product data in product information management (PIM) systems from a variety of internal and 3^rd party sources and stakeholders.
• Balance the efficiency, cost, and data completeness vs. the value of differentiated product data
• Build highly effective cross-functional business processes with teams such as category management, merchandising, sales, IT, and operations to define and constantly refine product data requirements and optimize processes for data governance, enrichment, and syndication.
• Oversee the development of new features and functionality of the company's PIM systems and related analytics tools to support global business needs, including integrations with existing systems and platforms.
• Measure the effectiveness of product data efforts and investment through ROI and CX related analytics.
• Establish and enforce data governance standards, taxonomies, and workflows to facilitate efficient management and distribution of product information.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to a team of PIM professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in PIM and ecommerce to drive innovation and competitive advantage.

YOU MUST HAVE:

• 10 Years of relevant experience in ecommerce, marketing, data and information management or related similar fields. 
• A demonstrable track record in a leadership role.
• Experience with leading PIM software platforms.

• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple high priorities simultaneously. 
• Certification in PIM or related disciplines (e.g., DAM, MDM).
• Experience with agile methodologies and continuous improvement practices.
• Knowledge of data integration technologies and standards (e.g., APIs, EDI, XML).
• Ability to think strategically and drive innovation to solve complex business challenges.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Passion for driving customer-centric solutions and delivering exceptional user experiences.
