Position Summary

Assist Branch Manager with the daily operations.

• Maximize office productivity through proficient use of appropriate software applications. Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, and Outlook.
• Analyzes and organizes office operations and procedures such as record keeping, time and attendance, personnel, and filing systems
• Process data for inventory and accounts payable.
• Perform daily deposits using established work practice.
• Perform other tasks or duties as assigned.

Requirements

Position requires a High School Diploma or GED and at least 2 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and related experience.

For success, the Administrative Assistant must be a team player, willing to take on additional tasks, organized and detail oriented.

Must be courteous, professional, responsive to customer and sales staff, confidential, and able to work with minimal supervision.
