We are seeking an experienced, bright, motivated, reliable office administrator who is a self-starter to join our team. As an office administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our boutique dental practice and be able to be accountable and follow through with tasks. This is a vital role that requires organizational skills, accuracy, and the ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include
* Ability to use computer, mouse, and type over 60 WPM.
* Checking correspondence efficiently in person, via email, and text
* Scheduling future appointments
* Collection of money via credit card machine
* Verifying insurance on the websites or on the phone
* Insurance and patient aging with 98.5% collection rate
* Create treatment plans and achieve 90% acceptance rate
* Entering EOBs and tracking unpaid EOBs with insurance companies until resolution.

Knowledge of dental software systems such as Dentrix is a must.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
