ESTIMATOR ADMINISTRATOR
POSITION TYPE: Full-Time
LOCATION: Fremont, CA

WAGE SCALE: $24.00-$28.00 / Hourly

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Download, organize and manage all bid documents on a daily basis.
  • Assist in creating and maintaining bid log.
  • Support estimating and project management team with estimating procedures, help in obtaining quotes, construction invoices, change order creation and tracking, interfacing with general contractors and other subcontractors.
  • Responsible for bid forms, bid letters, creating and maintaining submittals, prequalifications, contractors lists among other administrative tasks as requested.
  • Logging and keeping track of bid results and change orders.
  • Assist Estimators in preparing bids and submitting proposals for projects.
  • Assisting Estimators and Project Managers with a variety of tasks
  • Other administrative duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Must be computer literate and proficient in standard and specialized software applications, i.e.; Microsoft Word / Excel.
  • Must be proficient in writing, public relations, communications and have a high attention to detail orientated work and organization.
  • Regular in office attendance is required.
  • Valid CA Driver’s License
