About the Opportunity As the office administrator, You will be the first point of contact with interacting with customers. You will also play a vital role in maintaining client files and facilitating effective communication with both clients and team members. We're seeking an ideal candidate with exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities and sharp attention to detail. Proficiency in client management and strong computer skills are essential for this role. The successful candidate will be vital in coordinating projects seamlessly and delivering exceptional service to our clients at Tamam Construction. Duties and responsibilities (including but not limited to): Collaborate with the project manager to ensure the timely completion of projects Supports Operations and Sales departments with data entry as needed. Handle correspondence, such as phone calls, emails, and mail, and provide professional responses Prepare, maintain, and organize client files for projects, including contracts, invoices, and project documentation Works with departments to complete project-based administrative tasks Requirements (including but not limited to): Minimum one year of experience as an Office Administrator or in a similar administrative role Previous construction or remodeling industry experience is a plus Familiarity with CRM systems or databases is a plus Strong computer skills including Word and Excel Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping Self-motivated and proactive, able to work independently and as part of a team. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability Excellent organizational and multitasking skills Compensation and Benefits: Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm $25/hour Sick time/PTO
