Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide essential support to ensure the smooth operation of our office. This is a full-time in-office position.
Duties:
- Perform general clerical duties, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Heavy typing, proofreading, and formatting documents
- Provide administrative support to several attorneys
- Assist with customer support inquiries and provide excellent service
Experience:
- Must have at least 5 years office and administration experience
- Prior law office experience is a plus
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Office products and Word Perfect
- Ability to handle confidential information
This role requires excellent communication skills and proficiency in word processing.
Salary in accordance with experience and skill.
