The Provider Experience Manager plays an integral role on the Provider Relations team and is responsible for ensuring our providers have a seamless experience from enrollment, onboarding, and benefit utilization by developing insights, building programs, and apply empathy and human centered design skills to build experiences that positively impact the provider experience.

The pay range for this position In Western Washington varies between $81,900.00 – $116,550.00, and for Eastern Washington varies between $67,470.00 - $96,015.00. Washington Dental Service and its affiliates, including Delta Dental of Washington and Arcora Foundation intends to offer the selected candidate a base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience. Base pay will also be adjusted based on the candidate's geographic location.

• Gain a key understanding of our providers’ needs, wants and expectations, and partner with the Provider Relations department, and organization to deliver upon those needs.
• Build, implement, and manage an outcome-oriented provider experience strategy and roadmap
• Lead, coordinate and manage change management activities impactful to the provider experience.
• Partner with key internal teams including but not limited to Sales, Marketing, Operations and Customer Insights to educate and advocate on behalf of the provider experience.
• Gather user feedback via market research, to identify problems and test ideas and provide recommendations for areas of improvement, including the digital platform.
• Advocate and prioritize requests between product teams to improve the provider experience.
• Work with Provider Relations leadership to create a culture of innovation, that includes product development.
• Build and lead innovative process redesign and business efficiency projects within Provider Relations.

• Bachelor’s degree and 5 years’ experience related to building customer experience programs; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Ability to lead multiple, cross-functional projects.
• Demonstrate a high degree of leadership, motivation, and initiative to achieve the goals of the organization.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability manage competing priorities
• Exceptional interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, able to work independently and stay organized with minimal oversight.
• Ability to craft, leverage and implement market research techniques.
• Ability to interpret survey and research data.
• Demonstrated experience leading and owning journey maps and converting these into action
