The Project Manager position is an exempt (salaried) role. The starting salary range is posted at $70,000 to $115,000 depending on your experience level. If your experience level is above what is listed in our description the salary range can go up accordingly.

A day in the life of a Project Manager

A Project Manager can expect to work with multiple departments, Superintendents, Owners, and Trade Partners to plan, direct, and coordinate a wide variety of construction projects. They will provide management and oversight for all phases of the construction project, including finances, scheduling, coordinating labor, materials, and equipment, ensuring that all specifications are being followed.

  • 5 years experience supervising residential construction projects.
  • Familiar with local building codes, industry standards and inspection requirements to always ensure appropriate compliance with rules/regulations.
  • Budget estimating and project scheduling skills.
  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of situations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills required,
  • Analyze problems; propose reasonable and cost-effective solutions, make logical decisions, carry-out decisions made, and follow up with feedback where appropriate.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with all parties involved in construction projects.
