DecisionPoint Corporation is seeking a Proposal Manager to join our Business Development team! The Proposal Manager will lead, drive, and produce the required (RFI, PPQ, RFP etc.) response while managing a proposal team that has the skills to prepare and submit a winning proposal. You are responsible for leading a team in drafting, developing content and solution, and ensuring a proposal is in compliance with all Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) regulations and requirements outlined in the RFP. Responsibilities include the introduction, following of proposal management discipline and established DecisionPoint proposal process, and implementation of all necessary proposal procedures and governance. The ideal candidate must have excellent interpersonal skills, be able to work well with all levels of the organization, be detail-oriented, and proficient in programs such as Microsoft Word and Adobe Acrobat. This is a highly networked role that requires an ability to work under pressure and to meet challenging deadlines. DecisionPoint Corporation has a well-defined, mature, rigorous proposal process that is consistently adhered to, regardless of opportunity.
