Dean’s Professional Services is now hiring qualified, patient-care focused Accounting Clerk to work for a Hospital Facility in Houston, TX.

Human Resources Leave Coordinators are responsible for performing varied accounting and clerical duties or a group of functions that are limited by their nature to a subsection of a major accounting section of financial operations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Performs customer service functions by answering employee requests and 
• Responsible for preparing a particular group of documents and transactions for entry into the accounting system. 
• Maintains records, files postings and listings. 
• Prepares adding machine tapes, sorts, files, transcribes and otherwise processes documents as necessary. Orients and trains new personnel as required.

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent. Required.
• 1 year experience in general clerical work.
• Experience Strongly Preferred: 1 year experience in billing/collections.

Job Details:

• Schedule varies; Typically M-F between 8am -5pm
• Fully Remote After completing 3 weeks of on site training
• $14/hr (Based on Experience) benefits
• Full benefits – healthcare, dental, vision, 401k program
• Temp-to-Hire opportunity
• Outpatient facility
