Job Purpose and Overview
Initial point of contact for regional and targeted accounts. Resolves moderately complex issues, escalating to higher levels of Customer Service as required.
Works closely with cross-functional teams to ensure best-in-class customer service experience. Provides support to sales as needed, while supporting all internal teams.
Shift Schedule : Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM
