Position OverviewAs a Customer Service Representative, you'll be at the forefront of our operations, supporting our Territory Managers and ensuring that our customers receive the best service possible. Your role will involve handling incoming inquiries, processing orders, and resolving any issues promptly and effectively.
Key ResponsibilitiesAnswer incoming calls and emails from our Territory Managers, providing them with the support they need to succeed.
Process orders, invoices, credits/returns, and respond to customer inquiries with accuracy and efficiency.
Keep our customers informed by providing order history information, estimated time of arrival, and any other relevant details.
Collaborate with internal departments to address any issues or concerns raised by customers, ensuring a smooth resolution process.
Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to provide the highest level of service to our customers.
RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
Minimum of 2 years' experience in customer service, with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office applications.
